GALLERY ACCESS
Customers are responsible for keeping gallery passwords and download links private. Kirsty Bowen Photography is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by password sharing or unsecured devices.
WATERMARKS
Preview images within galleries may contain watermarks for copyright protection and to help prevent unauthorised copying, screenshotting, or AI-assisted removal or misuse. Purchased digital images and prints are supplied watermark-free.
SCREENSHOTS + COPYING
Screenshots, screen recordings, or removal of watermarks from preview images are not permitted.
ORDER DEADLINES
Please ensure you have placed any orders before the archiving date. If you miss this deadline, there is a £5.00 administration fee to re-open the gallery, and your order will have P&P fees applied.
ORDERS & REFUNDS
All digital downloads and print orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Any errors made when ordering are the responsibility of the customer.
PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless explicitly stated.
PRICING ERRORS
In the rare event of a pricing error or glitch in the system, Kirsty Bowen reserves the right to correct the price and, if applicable, offer a refund or correction before fulfilling the order.
DELIVERY
Digital downloads are usually instant. If there’s a delay, check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.
Print orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow for production and delivery times.
I’m not liable for delays caused by the print lab, Royal Mail, or other couriers, but I’ll always try to help track lost parcels. Replacement items or refunds will be offered where products are confirmed as faulty or damaged.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@kirstybowen.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Replacements will be arranged where appropriate.
DIGITAL FILE RESPONSIBILITY
Please download and safely store your files once received. Galleries are temporary and digital files should be downloaded and backed up promptly. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.
COLOUR VARIATION
Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in screen settings and print processes.
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
Kirsty Bowen grants permission to reproduce the images in this gallery for personal use only. Images may not be sold, redistributed, submitted to publications, used commercially, or shared with businesses or third parties for marketing, promotional, or financial purposes without written permission.
Copyright remains with Kirsty Bowen at all times. This protects both the photographer’s work and you as the client.
This license does not include use for financial gain. If you’re unsure whether a specific use is allowed, please email: hello@kirstybowen.com
EDITING & FILTERS
Images may not be edited, filtered, altered, or manipulated in any way, including through photo-editing apps or AI tools. This protects the integrity of my work. Basic personal use, such as cropping for printing or social sharing, is permitted.
AI USE + IMAGE ALTERATION
Images may not be uploaded to third-party AI platforms for alteration. Images may not be used to train, develop, or improve AI systems, including image generation or facial recognition, without written consent.
SOFTWARE + THIRD PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
I am not responsible for technical issues or miscalculations caused by third-party software or hosting platforms, but I will do my best to resolve any genuine errors swiftly.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes relating to valid completed orders may result in gallery access being revoked while the issue is investigated.
CONDUCT
Kirsty Bowen Photography operates with respect and professionalism at all times, and I expect the same in return.
I do not tolerate any form of abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour, whether verbal, written, or physical. If such behaviour occurs, I reserve the right to terminate communication and/or cancel services or access to galleries immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse any order or sale if terms are breached or misuse is suspected.
