USAGE & COPYRIGHT
Kirsty Bowen grants permission to reproduce the images in this gallery for personal use only. Images may not be distributed, copied, shared with third parties, used in advertising, or used commercially for financial gain without prior written consent. Copyright remains with Kirsty Bowen at all times. This protects both the photographer’s work and you as the client.

This license does not include use for financial gain. If you’re unsure whether a specific use is allowed, please email: hello@kirstybowen.com

ORDERS & REFUNDS
All digital downloads and print orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Any errors made when ordering are the responsibility of the customer.
 
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@kirstybowen.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Replacements will be arranged where appropriate

PRICING ERRORS
In the rare event of a pricing error or glitch in the system, Kirsty Bowen reserves the right to correct the price and if applicable, offer a refund or correction before fulfilling the order. 

PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless explicitly stated.

DELIVERY
Digital downloads are usually instant. If there’s a delay, check your spam/junk folder before getting in touch.
Print orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow for production and delivery times.
I’m not liable for delays caused by the print lab, Royal Mail or other couriers, but I’ll always try to help track lost parcels. Replacements are issued at my discretion.

DIGITAL FILE RESPONSIBILITY
Please download and safely store your files once received. I do not guarantee permanent access to digital downloads after the gallery expires. 

ORDER DEADLINES
Please ensure you have placed any orders before the archiving date. If you miss this deadline, there is a £5.00 administration fee to re-open the gallery, and your order will have P&P fees applied. 

COLOUR VARIATION
Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in screen settings and print processes.

EDITING & FILTERS
You may not, under any circumstances, alter, edit or change images which include but are not limited to: photo-editing apps and filters. Changing the photos gives a false impression of my work. 

SOFTWARE + THIRD PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
I am not responsible for technical issues or miscalculations caused by third-party software or hosting platforms, but I will do my best to resolve any genuine errors swiftly.

CONDUCT
Kirsty Bowen Photography operates with respect and professionalism at all times, and I expect the same in return. I do not tolerate any form of abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour-whether verbal, written, or physical. If such behaviour occurs, I reserve the right to terminate communication and/or cancel services or access to galleries immediately. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse any order or sale if terms are breached or misuse is suspected.
